As an accountant having managed my own accounting firm for over 10 years, Emma possesses personal, commercial, government accounting and auditing experience in Australia and abroad. She has worked with both new and established businesses assisting them establish businesses, do health checks to purchase a business/find businesses for sale already established or set-­‐up new business/company structures/entities. Throughout her career it has been her duty of care to advise her clients  of their legal and taxation obligations as these are forever changing by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Emma works to assist clients not just once their businesses are established but also on an on-­‐going basis with their taxation returns and bookkeeping duties to keep them abreast of their mandatory obligations, understanding statutory requirements which vary significantly in all countries.

Emma is well experienced  in  interpreting,  understanding  and  keeping  up-­‐to-­‐date  with  Australian  Legislation,  Rules,  Regulations,  Processes and Procedures and Corporate Governance in the areas of: Accounting, Migration Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Mentoring and Training.

Emma holds University qualifications in Accounting and Finance, a Masters degree in Executive Administration and is a member of CPA Australia.
